Q: How long will it take to receive my package?
Please note that we require 2 to 4 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 10 to 20 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Q: I have problems tracking my order.
After receiving the tracking number it can take up to three business days to update. If your order has not moved for a period of one week, please give it another 3 business days to update. COVID-19 has severely affected global logistics, so delivery times may be longer than usual.

Q: Can I get a refund?
We are proud to say we do have one of the best return policies of the internet. Before purchasing make sure you have read through it carefully.
To begin initiating a return, within 60 calendar days of ordering, please reach out to our customer support team at info@7secondssmile.com to confirm the correct return address. We have several warehouses. After your return please inform us so we can confirm the return. Note that 7SecondsSmile does not bear any return costs.

Q: I ordered several items, but only one of them arrived. What about the others?
It may occur, due to warehouse logistics that your items are sent in different packages. Usually, you will receive one earlier than the other. Rest assured, your other item will soon be delivered.
